Cause-effect diagrams are a way to start a discussion on a certain topic. As any discussion, it can be done from different perspectives and resulting in diverse insights. After a short introduction to the topic, in this session we will develop and discuss cause-effect diagrams starting from different perspectives, comparing the results and learn the value of diversity.
